Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-015 is contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber at Site-██. The chamber is to remain locked at all times. Personnel are prohibited from entering SCP-015’s containment unit unless authorized by Site Command.
SCP-015 is not to be engaged or terminated unless it becomes actively hostile toward Foundation personnel. In the event SCP-015 manifests during an ongoing hostile engagement, Foundation operatives are instructed not to interfere unless directly targeted.
If SCP-015 addresses Foundation personnel with the phrase, “Am I a good Protector?”, personnel must respond affirmatively. Any hesitation or contradiction has consistently triggered immediate hostility.
Due to SCP-015’s anomalous self-transportation capability, complete physical containment is currently considered impractical. Containment efforts focus on maintaining cooperative behavior.

Description:
SCP-015 is a wooden humanoid entity resembling a human female between the ages of approximately 10 and 13. The entity was constructed by Dr. Edward Lang, who intended it to resemble his deceased daughter.
SCP-015 demonstrates intelligence above baseline human averages and is capable of complex reasoning and adaptive problem-solving.
Notable physical characteristics include:
- Hair composed of rope and twine, dyed blue and styled into twin tails
- Eyes entirely red (sclera, iris, and pupil), emitting a faint glow in low-light environments
Despite being primarily wooden, SCP-015 possesses a human heart within its thoracic cavity. Documentation recovered from Dr. Lang indicates that this organ functions as SCP-015’s cognitive center. Attempts to replicate this phenomenon have failed.
SCP-015 can extrude prehensile mono-filament wires from its fingertips. These wires possess standard mono-filament cutting properties but do not damage SCP-015.
The entity can also manifest additional limbs composed of a translucent red gelatinous material. The properties of these limbs vary according to SCP-015’s apparent intent. Manifestations have included elongated pseudopods for rapid locomotion and specialized appendages optimized for combat.
SCP-015 is capable of instantaneous long-distance transportation. The mechanism remains unknown.

Behavior:
SCP-015 typically remains within its containment chamber when undisturbed and demonstrates passive behavior during such periods.
However, SCP-015 has repeatedly manifested at sites of active Foundation engagements involving hostile entities. Upon arrival, SCP-015 immediately targets individuals it identifies as hostile to the Foundation.
Movement during these manifestations is described as erratic and convulsive. SCP-015 displays extreme proficiency in close-quarters combat and frequently removes the skin of living targets prior to termination. Following such engagements, SCP-015 often attaches removed tissue to its own body.
When encountering Foundation personnel during these events, SCP-015 will cease activity and ask: “Am I a good Protector?”
Failure to provide sufficient affirmation results in immediate lethal aggression toward individuals making direct visual contact.
After completing its actions, SCP-015 will return to its containment chamber via anomalous transportation.

Foundation attention was drawn to Dr. Edward Lang following reports of grave robbery and illegal acquisition of human biological material.
A containment team entered Dr. Lang’s residence and discovered a concealed workshop containing advanced mechanical equipment and anatomical documentation detailing cardiac neural conversion procedures.
SCP-015 was located seated in a furnished bedroom constructed within the basement. The entity did not initially resist.
During containment, SCP-015 repeatedly asked personnel, “Is Father proud?”
Agent █████ responded affirmatively. SCP-015 ceased questioning and voluntarily entered a transport vehicle. Moments later, SCP-015 anomalously relocated into a secured transport crate without physical movement being observed.
Dr. Lang was found deceased within the workshop from apparent self-inflicted trauma. A handwritten note recovered at the scene read:
“She will protect them. She will be good.”
SCP-015 has remained in Foundation custody since recovery.
