Temporary Containment Site-196
Location: Spring Hill, Kansas, USA
Site-196 is a temporary location of containment for site anomalies when a neighboring site is experiencing technical difficulties or is undergoing an alpha warhead detonation. Due to the town in which Site-196 is located in being so small, Site-196 needs no additional measures to protect the secrecy of the site. Site-196, while being a temporary containment location, is also a research facility for many of the Foundation’s projects, including projects which were thought to be long forgotten. Site-196, to the Foundation’s records, is nonexistent. It never existed, nor was it ever created. To everyone’s knowledge, Site-196 is a ghost site. Long forgotten, and erased from Foundation files as the home of Project OBSIDIAN, a last resort solution for the Foundation if the Veil of the Foundation’s secrecy rips.
